North GA State Fair

We love the North Georgia State Fair and have gone each year for the past several years. For me this year had to be the best yet. Seeing everything through Noah's eyes and watching him get excited about the really big things like the BMX Bike stunt show to the little things like getting a balloon to carry around. We stayed the entire day (almost 8 hours), watched every show, fed and pet the animals, went on rides and ate yummy snacks - corn on the cob, apple dumplings, hot dogs and homemade ice cream. Noah rode the tea cups (he looked like he was about to be sick the whole time but came off the ride with a smile on his face), Merry go round and the BIG slide with Daddy. Noah's favorite of course were the dancers. (Since turning 2 "the dancers" and dancing are on the top of Noah's favorite things list) He loved watching the local dance studios perform and every time we walked by the stage whether it was show time or not, Noah asked "where are the dancers".

"A" is for Airplane & Apple Pie

This week Noah had his first day of "school". Complete with lunch and backpack and school supplies we drove to our 1st "school" hourse. Once a week we swap teachers (Moms) and schools (our homes) with 2 of Noah's buddies and their mommies my dear friends (Ann & Shannon). Monday was our 1st official day at school. The boys learned all about the letter "A", read a book about Airplanes, had apples and peanut butter for snack, painted with apples and made apple pie. (Notice Noah dressed the theme in his Apple jon jon) Noah remembers that he put the cinnamon in and that Tyler put in the salt but he doesn't "member what Logan's was". Noah is so excited, yesterday he told Phillip that when Mommy teaches him he is learning about "C", but before that he gets to school at Mrs Pinson's. I say we have the best Preschool in town!!!
